We loved lounging by the gorgeous pool and exploring the well-kept gardens . The spa was a fantastic retreat with rejuvenating massages and a soothing sauna experience. The only downside was that the air conditioning could've been a bit cooler, but it didn't ruin our great time 🌴

Ottima posizione, servizi, confort, staff disponibile e professionale, ottima colazione e ristoranti per tutti i gusti, pulizia ed ampiezza delle camere e del bagno, una piccola oasi di tranquillita nel caos di Agra.

The staff were great. We were invited to try Indian breakfast for an authentic experience, a highlight of our morning.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the amenities provided.

The green area and the location
The Service was really bad. staff was not able to cope up with the heavy bookings on that day. For every thing you require, you have to keep reminding and wait for a long time. I made a booking through Booked.net and was offerred the price of Rs. 13038 for one room (2 Nights) with Breakfast and taxes included however the hotel charged me extra. I had to pay 13557.60 will the Booked.net team get me the refund as we had 3 rooms

Chinese restaurant, live entertainment, beautiful gardens
The WiFi connectivity was horrendous, forcing a late-night room change!!! The travel desk coordination was appalling. The pricing discrepancies upon check-in added unnecessary frustration!!!

All that Glitters is not gold. They had the most unfriendly un-professional staff I have every dealt with. On arrival we where kept Waiting for our rooms over 1 hour and still after that time one of the rooms for our party was not ready, Although we had requested Double rooms all of my party where allocated twin rooms. When requesting that they were changed we where told that the beds would be made up properly as a double beds. Later in the evening on returning to the room the beds where just pushed together at 11.30 pm at night I was to tired fight with them any more. In the morning I learnt that the room that was not ready for one of the couple in our party was dirty and had not been cleaned properly. We unfortunatley decided to choose the buffet area for dinner. It is cafeteria like and the food was terrible ,more to that you would find in a 2 star establishment, avoid at all costs. despite making a number of complaints none where recorded, the staff obviously just paying lip services to our concerns. On check out despite the complaints no concern was shown by the check out staff, who just pushed the bill under my noise and contiuned to do other paper work until I asked to be paid some attention. Following a lenthly dicussion finally the duty manager was called, who appeared to show some interest in our concerns.

The Jaypee Hotel was a very practicle hotel for the business traveler, good facilities and the business centre which is open until 11pm was a good place to connect with clients and suppliers, great food facilities also for entertaining, staff very helpful good central location and other hotels in the area are more than happy to have you go and eat and use facilities also. would be happy to use this hotel again.
This is not a comment about the hotel but in general, ensure you take cash to change into local currency as credit card transactions on cash are not permitted anywhere, also for your return journey ensure you print a copy of you boarding pass if you are flying out of Delhi, do not opt to collect tickets from airport as you are not permitted to enter the airport with out a ticket, bit of a catch 22 situation, and very long wait if you are early and have to wait out side for you airlines booking desk to open. There is a help desk situated at the very far end of the terminal building who will call an airline rep for you when there desks open.
